EVENT: BIKE SWAP
DATE: MAY 3rd & MAY 4th 2008
TIME: Saturday 10 am to 5 pm & Sunday Noon to 4 pm
LOCATION: World Cup Ski & Cycle
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: Bikes, Trikes, Trainers, Bike Carriers, Riding Apparel, Bike Parts & Accessories
HOW IT WORKS:
SELLING ITEMS:
- Bring your items in during normal business hours starting Monday April
28th thru Friday MAY
2nd-
Any bicycles or
bicycle related items in good condition can be brought in for the sale:
parts, wheels, car racks, clothing, etc.
- NO items will be accepted before or after the above dates and times
- WCS&C staff will catalog items, assign item numbers, assist you in setting an asking price as well as providing assistance to potential buyers. You need not be present.
- If your item is sold you have the option of taking 85% of the transacted price in the form of a check or 100% in store credit
- Store credit may be used at any future date for WCS&C products and/or services
- Items not sold may be picked up from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday May
4th or during normal business hours Monday & Tuesday (May 5th, May 6th).
- Items not picked up by close of business (Tuesday, May 8th by 8:00 pm) will be donated to a nonprofit organization.
PURCHASING ITEMS:
- WCS&C Staff members will be present to answer questions and provide sales assistance
- Purchases must be paid in full the day of sale
- Acceptable methods of payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Check
ITEM STATUS / RESULTS:
- Item Status will be posted to our web site after close of business Saturday & Sunday evenings
- IMPORTANT- You must have your "ITEM NUMBER RECEIPT" to check the status of your item(s)
- DO NOT Misplace the Receipt Provided to you by the WCS&C Staff
